Smokin Fins’ menus offer a little something for everyone from the classics such as Fish and Chips, Lobster Mac and Cheese, and Shrimp Scampi to the exotic such as the Tropical Lobster Roll, 48 Hour Nashville Chicken, and 6 Spice Ahi. Gluten-free and kids menus are also available. The drink menu boasts exciting flavor combinations to tantalize your taste buds. The Jalapeno Cilantro Margarita kicks up the spice and citrus with fresh jalapenos, lime juice, and oranges while the signature Smokin Gun features Fins’ Bourbon Caramel syrup, candied bacon, and smoldering rosemary.
Smokin Fins is part of the “Fins” restaurant concepts based in Idaho that includes their sister concept Lucky Fins Seafood Grill. Every Fins brand of restaurant focuses on building relationships within its community, from hosting local business meetings, school fundraiser participation, donations and support for local non-profit organizations.

He kept moving with the opportunities and found himself working in the Bahamas for a billionaire clothing mogul where he unexpectedly meet his wife who brought him out west. Before Fins, he most recently worked as the Executive Chef for 2 Farm to Fork Restaurant Concepts in Boise named Fork and Alavita. Chef Wiley has been with the Fins Concept Group for 2 years now, doubling the number of restaurants with plans to double it again in the next 2. A 3rd concept to be alongside Smokin Fins and Lucky Fins is in the works, so stay tuned to the fast hands of Chef Wiley Earl!
June’s center of plate features:
Grilled Mediterranean Style Mahi – Marinated and grilled Pacific Mahi over cilantro lime rice and topped with red onion, red bell pepper, asparagus, and capers in lemon oil with fresh grape tomato and slivered feta.
Scallop & Ahi – coffee and ancho rubbed Ahi tuna seared and served with scallops over beet stained cauliflower puree, fresh arugula, and flash fried cauliflower florets and drizzled with chili oil.
Char grilled oysters with garlic herb cajun butter, green onion, and alderwood smoked sea salt.

Ocean Beauty Seafood’s Boise and Lucky Fins Seafood Grill have partnered with the Boise Rescue Mission to help feed the hungry in the Treasure Valley.
Today, Ocean Beauty and Lucky Fins Seafood Grill donated 1200lbs. of Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon portions to Boise Rescue Mission Ministries’ City Light Home for Women and Children’s Shelter, and River of Life Men’s Shelter.
“We care about our community and no one should ever go hungry,” said Kent Langston Smith, General Manager at Ocean Beauty Seafood. “This is a wonderful gift from our friends at Ocean Beauty and Lucky Fins” said Mission CEO, Bill Roscoe. We have been the recipient of literally thousands of pounds of seafood from Ocean Beauty over the years and our Guests really appreciate it when fresh fish is on the menu” Roscoe added.
